Contributions or gifts to NewMexicoKidsCAN Action Fund PAC are not tax deductible as charitable contributions or as business expenses under IRS Section 162(e). Contributions will be publicly reported according to New Mexico law. Both individuals and corporations may donate. Donations are capped at $5,500 per individual or entity.
